The workshop with Donna Eden and David Feinstein is a 2-2½ day course with both theoretical and practical teaching and training in…

• The Human Energy field and its pathways
  
  
• The states of energy and flow of energy in the body and the implications for health and wellbeing of body and mind
  
  
• Practical interventions that increase and improve the states of energy and the flow of energy in the body, synchronize the body’s organs, hormones, and function, and reduce emotional and physiological stress.

Participants on this weekend workshop will be able to…

1. explain how vital energy in the body and the flow of energy relates to health and dis-ease. Interactions between the physical body, the energetic body and the processes of the mind – including intention - will be clear.
2. discuss the 14 meridians as energy pathways of vital importance for particular aspects of health and wellbeing.
3. describe and perform at least one intervention that enhances the flow of the body’s energies for the benefit of health
4. describe and perform at least one intervention that enhances energy cross-overs between the right and left sides of the body.
5. describe and perform at least one intervention into the body’s energies that reduces emotional stress.

These are skills that you can take home and practice in your own life, with your family and – if you are a practitioner – use for the benefit of your clients or patients.
